### sec.125 Decision on reconsideration
After reviewing the declaration decision, the Minister must make a further decision (the review decision ) to confirm the declaration decision, amend the declaration decision or substitute a new declaration decision.
The chief executive must immediately give the applicant written notice of the review decision.
The notice must state—
the day the notice is given to the applicant (the review notice day ); and
if the review decision is not the decision sought by the applicant—
the reasons for the decision; and
that the applicant may appeal against the decision to the court within 42 days after the review notice day.

(sec.125-ssec.2) The chief executive must immediately give the applicant written notice of the review decision.
(sec.125-ssec.3) The notice must state— the day the notice is given to the applicant (the review notice day ); and if the review decision is not the decision sought by the applicant— the reasons for the decision; and that the applicant may appeal against the decision to the court within 42 days after the review notice day.
