### sec.116 New source material adopted feature rule (non-tidal)
Subdivisions 2 to 4 do not apply to the land.
The non-tidal boundary (watercourse) is, at law, the natural feature or other thing identified as the non-tidal boundary (watercourse) in the new source material, taking into account, if a natural feature is identified as the boundary, the application of the ambulatory boundary principles to the natural feature, after the coming into force of the source material.
