#### 15 Date of surrogacy arrangement 15 Date of surrogacy arrangement > > (1) An application for a parentage order may be made in relation to a surrogacy arrangement whether it was entered into before or after the commencement of this Part. > > > (2) A surrogacy arrangement entered into before the commencement of this Part is a pre-commencement surrogacy arrangement. > > > (3) A parentage order may be made in respect of a pre-commencement surrogacy arrangement even if it was rendered void by a law in force before the commencement of this section (as if it had not been rendered void).
