### 392 Order for production for inspection
> > (1) On the application of a party entitled to inspect any document under [rule 390](#GS390@EN) or [391](#GS391@EN) , the Court or a judge may make an order for production of the document for inspection.

> > (2) [*\[Rule 392 Subrule (2) amended by S.R. 2012, No. 91, Applied:17 Oct 2012\]*](/view/html/inforce/2012-10-17/sr-2012-091#GS8@Hpa@EN) The Court or a judge, on the application of any party to a proceeding, may order any other party to permit the party applying to inspect a discoverable document.
