### sec.53 Regions
There are to be 4 regions of the court.
The regions are to be called the Southern Region, the Central Region, the Northern Region and the Far Northern Region.
The Southern Region is the area of the State other than the Central Region, Northern Region or Far Northern Region.
The Central Region is the area described in schedule 2 .
The Northern Region is the area described in schedule 3 other than the Far Northern Region.
The Far Northern Region is the area of the State that is the Supreme Court district containing Cairns.
