### sec.9M Supervisor to give statement about training This rule applies if a traineeship, under which a trainee is doing supervised workplace experience in either of the following, ends— a law practice; an office other than the office of a law practice. The trainee’s supervisor must give the trainee a statement, in the approved form, stating the extent to which the trainee has, by training received under the traineeship, met the required understanding and competence.
