### sec.55 Registrar’s decision under mutual recognition legislation
This section applies to a decision of the registrar made before the commencement date in relation to the admission of a person under a mutual recognition Act as a legal practitioner in Queensland.
Rule 24 applies in relation to the decision as if it were a decision of the registrar in relation to the admission of a person under a mutual recognition Act as a lawyer in Queensland.
In this section—
commencement date means the date of commencement of this rule.
mutual recognition Act see rule 24(3).

(sec.55-ssec.1) This section applies to a decision of the registrar made before the commencement date in relation to the admission of a person under a mutual recognition Act as a legal practitioner in Queensland.
