### sec.45 References to boards, repealed barristers rules and repealed solicitors rules
This rule applies for divisions 3 to 5 .
A reference in the repealed barristers rules or the repealed solicitors rules to a board may, if the context permits, include a reference to the board under the Legal Profession Act 2007 .
Also, a reference in the repealed barristers rules or the repealed solicitors rules to ‘these rules’ may, if the context permits, include a reference to these rules.
