### sec.43 Former master to cooperate with board
A former master of a person to whom this division applies must cooperate with the board in the board’s enquiries about the articles of clerkship with the master.
A failure to comply with subrule (1) is capable of being unsatisfactory professional conduct or professional misconduct.
