### sec.26 Court or board may shorten or extend time
The court or board may shorten or extend the time allowed under these rules for doing a thing.
However, the board may not shorten the period of 1 year mentioned in rule 9G (1) by more than 21 days.
Also, subrule (1) is subject to rule 38 .
