### sec.22 Removal from roll of person conditionally admitted
This rule applies if a person who is conditionally admitted for a period has not applied to the Court of Appeal for unconditional admission within 21 days before the first admission sittings of the court after the period of conditional admission ends.
The registrar may remove the person’s name from the roll.
In this rule—
conditionally admitted includes conditionally admitted under the previous admission rules.

(sec.22-ssec.1) This rule applies if a person who is conditionally admitted for a period has not applied to the Court of Appeal for unconditional admission within 21 days before the first admission sittings of the court after the period of conditional admission ends.
