### sec.59 Existing standard employer-sponsors This section applies in relation to a standard employer-sponsor arrangement in effect immediately before the trustee changeover. From the trustee changeover, the standard employer-sponsor arrangement and any agreement relating to the arrangement is taken to have been entered into by the new trustee in its capacity as trustee of the scheme. In this section— standard employer-sponsor arrangement means an arrangement between QSuper Board and an entity under which the entity becomes a standard employer-sponsor within the meaning of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (Cwlth), section 16(2). s 59 ins 2021 No. 20 s 53 (sec.59-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a standard employer-sponsor arrangement in effect immediately before the trustee changeover.
