### sec.57 MySuper products
This section applies if, when the Sunsuper transfer is completed, more than 1 MySuper products are offered for the scheme.
A regulation may prescribe matters about the eligibility of members of the scheme to hold each of the MySuper products.
Without limiting subsection (2), a regulation under the subsection may, to the extent permitted by the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (Cwlth), prescribe—
the members of the scheme who are eligible for a stated MySuper product; or
conditions applying to a member’s eligibility for a stated MySuper product.

MySuper product see the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (Cwlth), section 10(1).
