### sec.50 Existing membership and entitlements of State public sector employees
The amendment of this Act by the Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2016 does not affect—
the membership of a current member; or
any entitlement the member accrued under this Act before the commencement.
In this section—
current member means a person who, immediately before the commencement, was a member of the scheme.

(sec.50-ssec.1) The amendment of this Act by the Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2016 does not affect— the membership of a current member; or any entitlement the member accrued under this Act before the commencement.
(sec.50-ssec.2) In this section— current member means a person who, immediately before the commencement, was a member of the scheme.
- (a) the membership of a current member; or
- (b) any entitlement the member accrued under this Act before the commencement.
