### sec.44 QSuper Board to be registered as proprietary company
QSuper Board is a deemed registration company for the purposes of the Corporations Act , section 5H .
For the Corporations Act , section 5H (1) (b) —
QSuper Board is to be taken to be registered on the day (the registration day ) declared by the Minister under section 45 ; and
QSuper Board is to be registered as a proprietary company limited by shares; and
QSuper Board’s proposed name is ‘QSuper Board Pty Ltd’.
