### sec.14 Minister’s power to declare particular matters unaffected
Nothing in this division prevents the Minister from—
declaring the person’s employer to be a unit of the State public sector under section 4 ; or
declaring matters about the person’s membership in the scheme under section 10 .
However, a declaration under section 10 about the person’s membership in the scheme must be consistent with section 12 .

(sec.14-ssec.1) Nothing in this division prevents the Minister from— declaring the person’s employer to be a unit of the State public sector under section 4 ; or declaring matters about the person’s membership in the scheme under section 10 .
(sec.14-ssec.2) However, a declaration under section 10 about the person’s membership in the scheme must be consistent with section 12 .

- (b) declaring matters about the person’s membership in the scheme under section 10 .
