### sec.33J What a general disposition of property includes
A general disposition of all of the testator’s property—
includes any property over which the testator has a general power of appointment exercisable by will; and
operates as an exercise of the power of appointment.
A general disposition of all of the testator’s property of a particular description—
includes any property of that description over which the testator has a general power of appointment exercisable by will; and
operates as an exercise of the power of appointment.
A general disposition of the residue of the testator’s property—
includes any property over which the testator has a general power of appointment exercisable by will; and
operates as an exercise of the power of appointment.
A general disposition of the residue of the testator’s property of a particular description—
includes any property of that description over which the testator has a general power of appointment exercisable by will; and
operates as an exercise of the power of appointment.
Subsection (1) , (2) , (3) or (4) does not apply if a contrary intention appears in the will.

(sec.33J-ssec.5) Subsection (1) , (2) , (3) or (4) does not apply if a contrary intention appears in the will.
