### sec.33I What a general disposition of land includes A general disposition of land, or of land in a particular area, includes leasehold land, whether or not the testator owns freehold land. Subsection (1) does not apply if a contrary intention appears in the will. s 33I ins 2006 No. 1 s 6 (sec.33I-ssec.1) A general disposition of land, or of land in a particular area, includes leasehold land, whether or not the testator owns freehold land.
