### sec.315 Employees of former authority This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was an employee of the former authority. On the commencement, the person becomes an employee of the rabbit board. The person— must be employed on the person’s existing or equivalent terms and conditions of employment; and remains entitled to all existing and accruing rights of employment.
