### sec.314 Members of board of former authority This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was a member of the board of the former authority. On the commencement, the person— is taken to be appointed, under section 222, as a director of the rabbit board; and holds office on the conditions not provided for by this Act that are decided by the Minister. The term of the appointment ends when the first of the following happens— the term of the member’s appointment under the former Act ends; the office becomes vacant under section 227. (sec.314-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was a member of the board of the former authority. (sec.314-ssec.2) On the commencement, the person— is taken to be appointed, under section 222, as a director of the rabbit board; and holds office on the conditions not provided for by this Act that are decided by the Minister.
