### sec.51 Regulations about valuations
A regulation may provide for—
the way in which a statutory body must work out the value of a security when the investment arrangement is entered into; and
the way in which the body must decide whether the security continues to have a value equal to, or more than, the amount of the investment; and
the action the body must take if the security does not continue to have the value mentioned in paragraph (b) .
