### sec.50 Security for investment arrangement at time of investment The security for the investment arrangement must, when the arrangement is entered into— be unencumbered; and have a value at least equal to the amount of the investment. s 50 amd 1984 No. 92 s 10 ; 1988 No. 55 s 18 ; 1994 No. 31 s 6 sch 2 sub 1996 No. 54 s 8 - (a) be unencumbered; and - (b) have a value at least equal to the amount of the investment.
