### sec.39 Failure to comply with direction of authorised rescue officer A person must not fail to comply with a direction given by an authorised rescue officer under section 35 (3) (g) , unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units or 6 months imprisonment.
