### sec.34 Exercise of powers subject to direction of SES member
This section applies to an authorised rescue officer who is not an SES member.
In exercising a power under this division, the officer is subject to the directions of an authorised rescue officer who is an SES member.
(sec.34-ssec.1) This section applies to an authorised rescue officer who is not an SES member.
(sec.34-ssec.2) In exercising a power under this division, the officer is subject to the directions of an authorised rescue officer who is an SES member.
