### sec.91 Notification of decision
The Coordinator-General must, within 10 business days after the day the claim is decided, give the claimant written notice of the decision.
The notice must state the following—
the decision, and the reasons for it;
if the decision is to pay compensation, the amount of compensation to be paid;
the claimant may appeal against the decision to the Planning and Environment Court;
how to appeal.
