### sec.90 Deciding claims for compensation
The Coordinator-General must decide the claim for compensation within 60 business days after the day the claim is made.
In deciding the claim for compensation, the Coordinator-General must—
grant all of the claim; or
grant part of the claim and reject the rest of the claim; or
refuse all of the claim.
However, the Coordinator-General may decide the claim by giving a notice of intention to resume the interest in the land under section 82 .

(sec.90-ssec.1) The Coordinator-General must decide the claim for compensation within 60 business days after the day the claim is made.
(sec.90-ssec.2) In deciding the claim for compensation, the Coordinator-General must— grant all of the claim; or grant part of the claim and reject the rest of the claim; or refuse all of the claim.
(sec.90-ssec.3) However, the Coordinator-General may decide the claim by giving a notice of intention to resume the interest in the land under section 82 .
- (a) grant all of the claim; or
- (b) grant part of the claim and reject the rest of the claim; or
- (c) refuse all of the claim.
