### sec.84E Deciding SDA application
The Coordinator-General must—
decide to—
approve all or part of the SDA application, with or without conditions; or
refuse the SDA application; and
give the applicant written notice of the decision (the decision notice ).
If the SDA application is refused, the decision notice must state the reasons for the decision.
A condition imposed under subsection (1) (a) (i) must—
be relevant to, but not an unreasonable imposition on, the development or use of the land as a consequence of the development; or
be reasonably required in relation to the development or use of the land as a consequence of the development.

(sec.84E-ssec.1) The Coordinator-General must— decide to— approve all or part of the SDA application, with or without conditions; or refuse the SDA application; and give the applicant written notice of the decision (the decision notice ).
(sec.84E-ssec.2) If the SDA application is refused, the decision notice must state the reasons for the decision.
