### sec.84D How to make SDA application Each SDA application must— be made to the Coordinator-General in the approved form; and address the requirements for the application stated in the approved development scheme for the State development area to which the application relates; and be accompanied by the application fee prescribed by regulation. The Coordinator-General must not accept an application that does not comply with subsection (1) . s 84D ins 2014 No. 40 s 55 (sec.84D-ssec.1) Each SDA application must— be made to the Coordinator-General in the approved form; and address the requirements for the application stated in the approved development scheme for the State development area to which the application relates; and be accompanied by the application fee prescribed by regulation.
