### sec.81 Abrogation of development scheme
If a development scheme approved by the Governor in Council proves to be impracticable to implement or undesirable for the State development area to which it relates the Governor in Council may, on the recommendation of the Minister, abrogate the scheme.
Notification of such abrogation shall be published in the gazette and in a newspaper that circulates within the locality of the State development area to which the abrogated scheme related.
(sec.81-ssec.1) If a development scheme approved by the Governor in Council proves to be impracticable to implement or undesirable for the State development area to which it relates the Governor in Council may, on the recommendation of the Minister, abrogate the scheme.
(sec.81-ssec.2) Notification of such abrogation shall be published in the gazette and in a newspaper that circulates within the locality of the State development area to which the abrogated scheme related.
