sec.80Approval, implementation, and variation of development scheme

### sec.80 Approval, implementation, and variation of development scheme If the Governor in Council approves a development scheme submitted to the Governor in Council— notification of the approval shall be published in the gazette and in a newspaper that circulates within the locality of the State development area to which the scheme relates; and a copy of the scheme shall be held available for inspection by the public at the office of the Coordinator-General and elsewhere as the Coordinator-General directs; and the Coordinator-General shall, as soon as practicable, take all steps necessary to secure the implementation of the scheme. The Coordinator-General may vary a development scheme approved by the Governor in Council but if the Coordinator-General does so the scheme as so varied shall again be furnished to the Minister and submitted to the Governor in Council as prescribed by section 79 .
