### sec.74 Prescribed development to await approval
Where it is determined that an application referred to the Coordinator-General under section 67 should remain with the Coordinator-General, neither the applicant nor any other person shall perform any work or carry out any undertaking as part of the development, processing or handling to which the application relates unless—
the application has been approved by the Governor in Council and the approval remains in force; and
if the approval of the application by the Governor in Council is subject to conditions, the work is performed or the undertaking is carried out in accordance in all respects with those conditions.
