### sec.54ZJ Issuing amended environmental approval
This section applies if an environmental approval remains in force for 1 or more specified provisions after a decision of the Coordinator-General under section 54ZG (1) to cancel the approval in relation to a specified provision takes effect.
The Coordinator-General must—
amend the environmental approval to give effect to the partial cancellation of the approval; and
issue the amended environmental approval to the proponent.
However, if a reinstatement request in relation to the cancellation is approved under section 54ZJC —
subsection (2) does not apply; and
any amended environmental approval issued under subsection (2) (b) because of the cancellation, and before the reinstatement request is decided, ceases to have effect.

(sec.54ZJ-ssec.1) This section applies if an environmental approval remains in force for 1 or more specified provisions after a decision of the Coordinator-General under section 54ZG (1) to cancel the approval in relation to a specified provision takes effect.
(sec.54ZJ-ssec.2) The Coordinator-General must— amend the environmental approval to give effect to the partial cancellation of the approval; and issue the amended environmental approval to the proponent.

- (a) amend the environmental approval to give effect to the partial cancellation of the approval; and
- (b) issue the amended environmental approval to the proponent.
