### sec.54ZH Notice of proposed cancellation or suspension
Before cancelling or suspending an environmental approval in relation to a specified provision under section 54ZG (1) , the Coordinator-General must give the proponent for the coordinated project a notice stating—
that the Coordinator-General proposes to—
cancel the approval; or
suspend the approval for the stated period; and
the ground for the proposed cancellation or suspension; and
that the proponent may, within a stated time of at least 14 days, give the Coordinator-General a written response to the proposed cancellation or suspension.
The Coordinator-General must consider any response given by the proponent within the stated time.

(sec.54ZH-ssec.2) The Coordinator-General must consider any response given by the proponent within the stated time.
- (a) that the Coordinator-General proposes to— (i) cancel the approval; or (ii) suspend the approval for the stated period; and
- (i) cancel the approval; or
- (ii) suspend the approval for the stated period; and
- (b) the ground for the proposed cancellation or suspension; and
- (c) that the proponent may, within a stated time of at least 14 days, give the Coordinator-General a written response to the proposed cancellation or suspension.
- (i) cancel the approval; or
