### sec.35I Coordinator-General’s change report The Coordinator-General must prepare a report (a Coordinator-General’s change report ) that makes the evaluation. In making the evaluation, the Coordinator-General may— state conditions of a type mentioned in section 39 , 45 , 47C , 49B , 49E or 49G that are relevant to the proposed change, its effects on the project or any other related matter; and make recommendations of a type mentioned in section 43 or 52 that are relevant to the proposed change, its effects on the project or any other related matter; and amend any conditions or recommendations for the project stated or made under section 34D (3) or 34L (3) ; and if division 8 applies to the project—impose, under that division, conditions for the undertaking of the project. The evaluation may refuse to allow the proposed change.
