### sec.34I Coordinator-General decides whether to accept draft IAR as final IAR
The Coordinator-General must—
consider the following—
the draft IAR;
any properly made submissions for the draft IAR;
any other material the Coordinator-General considers is relevant to the project; and
decide whether or not to accept the draft IAR as the final IAR.
However, subsection (1) does not apply until after—
if the draft IAR required public notification under section 34H —the submission period for the draft IAR ends; or
otherwise—the Coordinator-General receives the draft IAR.
The Coordinator-General may decide not to accept the draft IAR as the final IAR if satisfied additional information is needed about—
an environmental effect of the project; or
any other matter the Coordinator-General considers relevant to the project.
In making a decision under subsection (1) (b) , the Coordinator-General may ask any person for information, advice or comment about the draft IAR.
