### sec.34H Public notification of draft IAR
This section applies if—
a notifiable approval is required for the project; or
the Coordinator-General gives the proponent a written notice stating that the draft IAR for the project must be publicly notified under this section.
After the proponent prepares a draft IAR to the satisfaction of the Coordinator-General, the proponent must comply with section 33 as if a reference in that section to a draft EIS were a reference to the draft IAR.
Submissions about the draft IAR may be made under section 34 as if the draft IAR were a draft EIS.
In deciding whether the draft IAR may be publicly notified, the Coordinator-General may ask any person for information, advice or comment about the draft IAR.

(sec.34H-ssec.1) This section applies if— a notifiable approval is required for the project; or the Coordinator-General gives the proponent a written notice stating that the draft IAR for the project must be publicly notified under this section.
(sec.34H-ssec.2) After the proponent prepares a draft IAR to the satisfaction of the Coordinator-General, the proponent must comply with section 33 as if a reference in that section to a draft EIS were a reference to the draft IAR.
