### sec.145 Granting authority
The Coordinator-General may—
grant an investigator’s authority, with or without conditions; or
refuse to grant the authority.
If the Coordinator-General refuses to grant the authority, the Coordinator-General must give the applicant written reasons for the refusal.
Without limiting subsection (1) (a) , a condition may require the lodging of a bond or security deposit with the Coordinator-General.
The authority must be only for the part of the land the Coordinator-General is satisfied is reasonably necessary for conducting the investigations.
