### sec.144 Additional information about application
Before deciding the application, the Coordinator-General—
must consult with the owner about the proposed entry to the land; and
may require the applicant to give additional information about the proposed entry.
The Coordinator-General may reject the application if the applicant fails, without reasonable excuse, to give the additional information within a stated reasonable time of not less than 28 days.

(sec.144-ssec.1) Before deciding the application, the Coordinator-General— must consult with the owner about the proposed entry to the land; and may require the applicant to give additional information about the proposed entry.
