### sec.42 Annual report may include a summary of a matter
An annual report may include a summary of a matter required to be included in the annual report, rather than a full statement of the matter, if—
the summary indicates that is a summary only; and
a full statement of the matter is laid before the Legislative Assembly at the same time as a copy of the annual report is laid before the Legislative Assembly.
