### sec.41 Deletion of commercially sensitive matters from annual report This section applies if the board asks the responsible Ministers to delete from the copies of an annual report (and accompanying documents) that are to be made public a matter that is of a commercially sensitive nature. The responsible Ministers may delete the matter from the copies of the annual report (and accompanying documents) that are laid before the Legislative Assembly or otherwise made public. s 41 amd 2012 No. 39 s 102 sch pt 2 (sec.41-ssec.1) This section applies if the board asks the responsible Ministers to delete from the copies of an annual report (and accompanying documents) that are to be made public a matter that is of a commercially sensitive nature.
