### sec.99BRDA Additional payment condition does not affect other powers
To remove any doubt, it is declared that the imposition of an additional payment condition does not prevent a distributor-retailer from doing the following—
adopting charges for trunk infrastructure or levying charges;
imposing a condition for non-trunk infrastructure;
imposing a necessary infrastructure condition.
