### sec.99AO Using testing instruments An SEQ service provider or independent tester who uses a testing instrument for a test under this division must ensure it is— appropriate for the test; and accurate and in proper working order. The SEQ service provider or independent tester must keep a record of each test under subsection (1) (b) for at least 2 years. s 99AO ins 2010 No. 20 s 21 amd 2012 No. 1 s 38 (sec.99AO-ssec.1) An SEQ service provider or independent tester who uses a testing instrument for a test under this division must ensure it is— appropriate for the test; and accurate and in proper working order.
