### sec.72 Existing acquisitions This section applies to land acquired by a local government as a constructing authority under the Acquisition of Land Act . If the land is transferred to a distributor-retailer under this chapter, the distributor-retailer is, for section 41 of that Act, taken to be the constructing authority that acquired that land on the day it was acquired.
