### sec.53DC Power to require name and residential address
The discharge officer may require the person to state the person’s name and residential address.
When making the requirement, the discharge officer must give the person an offence warning.
The person must comply with the requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —35 penalty units.
