### sec.53BF What are road works Road works are— works done for— constructing roads or things associated with roads; or maintaining roads or things associated with roads (other than public utility plant); or facilitating the operation of infrastructure relating to roads; or works declared under a regulation under the Transport Infrastructure Act to be road works.
