### sec.53AL Provision about plans under the Water Supply Act —generally On and from 1 July 2010, the following provisions of the Water Supply Act do not apply to a distributor-retailer— sections 106 to 109 , other than to the extent the sections provide for any matter about the distributor-retailer’s drinking water quality management plan under that Act; chapter 2 , part 4 , division 6 . The following provisions of the Water Supply Act do not apply to a distributor-retailer that has a water netserv plan— chapter 2 , part 4 , divisions 1 and 2 ; chapter 2 , part 4 , division 4 , other than to the extent the division provides for any matter about the distributor-retailer’s drinking water quality management plan under that Act. s 53AL ins 2010 No. 20 s 9 (sec.53AL-ssec.1) On and from 1 July 2010, the following provisions of the Water Supply Act do not apply to a distributor-retailer— sections 106 to 109 , other than to the extent the sections provide for any matter about the distributor-retailer’s drinking water quality management plan under that Act; chapter 2 , part 4 , division 6 .
