### sec.53AG Power to amend existing trade waste approvals for particular purposes This section applies for a trade waste approval that under section 53AF (1) is taken to have been given by a distributor-retailer (each an existing trade waste approval ). Subject to section 53AH , the distributor-retailer may amend the trade waste approval to ensure the consistency of all trade waste approvals given for its geographic area (a consistency amendment ). However, a consistency amendment can not be made after 30 June 2012.
