### sec.79-oc.2 Order with respect to certain consents affecting common property Where, on application by the lessor or a lessee for an order under this section, the referee considers that the body corporate for the parcel to which the application relates has unreasonably refused to consent to a proposal by that lessor or that lessee— to effect improvements on or alterations to the common property; or to have carried out repairs to any damage to the common property or any other property of the body corporate; the referee may make an order that the body corporate consents to the proposal. (amended) - (a) to effect improvements on or alterations to the common property; or - (b) to have carried out repairs to any damage to the common property or any other property of the body corporate;
