### sec.70 Request to change or cancel development approval
This section applies if a person having an interest in the land to which the development approval relates wants to change or cancel a development approval.
The person may, by written notice to the council, ask the council to change or cancel the development approval.
If the council has an approved form for the request, the request must be in the approved form.
The request must be accompanied by the fee for the request decided by the council.
The fee must not be more than the actual cost of considering and processing the request.

(sec.70-ssec.1) This section applies if a person having an interest in the land to which the development approval relates wants to change or cancel a development approval.
