### sec.102-oc.2 Copy of order to be served
An order made by a tribunal under this part shall be made in writing and the tribunal shall cause to be sent to the referee—
the order; and
the records of the tribunal relating to the appeal including records forwarded to it by the referee when referring that appeal to the tribunal.
Where an order has been sent to the referee under subsection (1) , he or she shall serve a copy of the order, certified by him or her to be a true copy, on—
the body corporate for the parcel to which the order relates; and
the lessor; and
the applicant for the order and the appellant; and
any person who was given notice under section 106 (7) of the time and place for the determination of the appeal; and
any person who, by the order, is required to do, or to refrain from doing, a specified act.
